In system 2+, the manufacturer:

The task of the accredited/notified certifying body is to issue a factory production control compliance certificate based on a positive assessment of FPC and the production facility after conducting an initial inspection at the production site.

The condition for maintaining the aforementioned certificate is continuous supervision of the unit over the FPC conducted through annual factory inspections.

Upon obtaining the certificate, the manufacturer can introduce the product into circulation and is also entitled to mark the product with the CE or B mark, as well as issue a declaration of performance or national declaration of performance.
