This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the online services of Certbud Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.

In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to data. We monitor their implementation and constantly verify their compliance with relevant legal acts - the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all kinds of implementing acts and acts of community law.
Personal data is processed based on the consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of performing a contract concluded between the parties.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization. Personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn.
The User has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on consent) before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
Providing personal data is voluntary. If consent is not given and personal data is not provided, the use of the service will be impossible.
The service performs the functions of acquiring information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling the information contact process or marketing, submitting commercial offers, promotional activities currently or in the future.
Personal data left on the website will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The person whose data is contained in the form has the right to access and modify their data at any time.
We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, any changes to the law on personal data protection and the development of our website. All changes will be visible and understandable.

Protection of personal data: Certbud Sp. z o.o. guarantees the privacy and personal data of users of the website, according to the statements made when entering personal data and in accordance with the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
By 'cookies' we mean computer data stored in end devices intended for using websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website, from which they originate, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
The service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files. The purposes for which cookie files are used:

Based on the general regulation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed based on your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the general regulation on data protection).
Your personal data will be processed by us for a period of 3 months from the end of the recruitment process, and in the case of your consent to participate in future recruitments - for a period of 1 year from the date of providing us with the data.
You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent to their processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data.
Your consent to the processing of data in the recruitment process is necessary for the acceptance and consideration of your application (consent no. 1 below). Expressing consent to the processing of your data in future recruitments (consent no. 2 below) is not mandatory. If you do not give it, we will not process your data in future recruitment processes.
Please include in your CV a consent clause for the processing of your personal data in the recruitment process. You can use the following clause:
