Application of the furnace in the technology of prefabricated spray-insulated modules for the provision of testing, assessment, and imaging services of fire-resistant construction products.
The aim of the project implementation is to improve the competitiveness of the Certbud company by implementing a new, proprietary technology resulting from R&D work and significant improvement of the services provided.
The technological process developed by the Applicant is distinguished by an innovative approach to the construction of the furnace chamber and the expansion of the scope of analysis and assessment of products subjected to fire resistance testing.
The Applicant aims to ensure the maximum usability of the results of fire resistance tests, providing its customers with data on tested products unavailable in competitive laboratories.
Both the technology and the service are innovative on at least a national scale.
Reduction of testing implementation time
The possibility of testing products requiring special assembly and large-size products.
The possibility of observing the course of fire resistance testing via the Internet.
Increase in the amount of information about tested products (by using unique measurement methods).

The beneficiary of the funding and the sole executor of the Project is Certbud Sp. z o. o. company.
The project is co-financed with funds from the ERDF under the Operational Program Smart Development as part of a competition. Sub-measure 3.2.2 'Credit for technological innovations' with the participation of the Polish Development Fund. The subject of the project is initial investment in Ostrów, Celestynów municipality.
